Louie Di Benedetto began his venture in real estate in 2010 managing a west-end Toronto apartment building while studying finance at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University. Following graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Louie began his full-time time career in retail banking at TD Canada Trust. At TD, Louie was the recipient of several awards for continuously going above and beyond both the job requirement and his clients’ needs.

During his tenure in retail banking, Louie developed an exceptional understanding of mortgage financing and real estate investing, which led him to purchase his first investment property in the heart of downtown Toronto.
